The
Adult Activity Centers help adults
with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be more
independent, learn new things, visit new places and make more friends.
The Centers provide day support services for adults who need intensive
supports. The Centers provide individualized training in daily living
skills, prevocational skills, socialization and communication. Activities
and experiences are designed to enable individuals to achieve their
highest potential in interdependence and participation in the community.
We currently offer these services in Charlottesville, Louisa and Nelson
counties.
