Each year, The Arc serves hundreds of individuals by improving their quality of life.  This exceptional effort continues today with a dedicated staff, volunteers and contributors like you.  Unfortunately, The Arc has faced devastating financial pressures due to natural disasters, the recession and continuing cutbacks in government funding.  While The Arc is reducing expenses wherever possible without compromising the support that the people we serve need, we cannot close the income gap through cost savings alone.  In order to continue to meet the needs of our families in ways that truly make a difference, we turn to you. 

With your generous support, The Arc will be able to continue services such as:

• The Infant Development Project, an early intervention program that serves families with infants ages birth through three with disabilities, developmental delays or who are at risk of developing delays.

• Community Living Programs, providing support for individuals and families to help people with disabilities be fully participating members of the community. 

• Adult Activity Centers, helping adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities to be more independent, learn new things, visit new places and make more friends.
